I have been using BTI Logistics for over a year now and am really impressed with their responsive customer service. Special mentions to Ravneeth Sen who expedited my most recent delivery and Alex Bedelovski who is always a pleasure to deal with and consistently goes above and beyond. The team always keep me informed on the progress of my shipments and offer really good pricing.

Ive used many importers/freight forwarders over the decades, usually nominated from overseas source of heavy pallets etc. Stress at the lack of communication and customer orientation has been the common feature. This Company BTI Logistics however is by far the best I have come across-absolute standout. All the way through they kept me informed, everything was efficient, what could be a difficult delivery was handled perfectly. I have no connection to this Company but their service has been so good I felt others needed to know-and I am going to be getting companies in Europe and USA who sell to me to always use them for my pallets.

I have worked with Fred and his team at BTi for about 17 years now. I have found them very approachable, responsive and thorough in their follow up on all matters. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a supply chain logistics partner in their business.
