If I could give 100 out of 10,I would. It is my first time bringing cargo to AUD. Got super lucky as I got recommended, Iveta! I hit the jackpot!!! She is super efficient, knowledgeable, and on top of things all the time, she doesn't miss a beat. Very organised with common sense (which nowadays is hard to find) she has my best interests as a customer, providing me with ongoing updates. Not to mention, prices are very good. I needed a lot of help as this is a new thing for us, importing. I had never done this before, Iveta guided me with her amazing team every step of the way and as well her Chinese partner Amy was amazing. I felt at ease as if any bump occurred, both ladies were already on top of it, and even working overtime when the container was loading in China which was like 10 pm. We need to bring more internal. shipment in, they will be the only company I will ever use and have also recommended to my work. Thank you so much for all your exceptional work and ongoing support.
