I came across eCustoms Broker online, spoke to Greg over the phone, then decided to use their service. They have been extremely professional and attentive with the issue that we had been having with AusPost and the customs. Our parcel was stuck on the "awaiting clearance" status for 9 weeks after arriving into Australia, then went missing. Even though the content was under $1000 AUD and did not require import duty, Greg went through great length, assisted us with contacting customs, we got AusPost to check their RMRC, and found the parcel eventually after 2 months. I highly recommend their service. They have been really thorough and efficient.

Needed help with an import recently and asked Le Google to assist in such. There was clearly one company who immediately rose to the top. Reviews can, and often don't tell the full story though so I still was taking a chance. I am so very glad I did. From start to finish, I was presented with the most thorough communication, communication that I honestly wasn't expecting for this sort of service - it was personal. There was an actual human on the other end who actually cared about providing a quality service and this continued as stated, from start to finish. Every question answered, and a phone call too was handled with patience, courtesy and deft professionalism not often seen these days. Let's put aside the money saved on duty. It was of course appreciated, but not what would make me absolutely, unequivocally use this company each and every time the need arises. That is entirely due to how they treated me as a customer and efficiently handled the transaction. To say I recommend their service is an understatement. Keep doing exactly what you're doing!

I had a temporary import shipment that came in few months ago which had to be sent back. It took me 3 days calling around and it seems like no one knew of this procedure. Everyone was telling me different things, I got so confused, until I spoke to Greg from eCustoms... He made the whole process so much easier. He took time to explain everything to me and at last i felt relieved that someone knew how to do this properly! Greg is very friendly on the phone and prompt to reply my emails.
