Super impressed with Will Spillane from Patrick Auto Traders. I initially enquired from interstate, and Will made the entire process incredibly easy — he even organised delivery of my new car. Being interstate, I was probably a bit high-maintenance, requesting videos, photos, finance options, and a Redbook assessment. Will handled everything effortlessly. He was an excellent communicator the whole way through and brought such positive energy to the process that I had complete trust in him. My car arrived today and I couldn’t be happier. We bought a Range Rover from Bekim, it was in a great condition and we fell for it straight away. After agreeing on the price and conditions we got delivery very soon after. Within the warranty period we had some smal issues and Bekim and his team took the car back, had it all fixed and we got it returned in a timely matter! Even 2 months later he called to say that he sourced the boot cover that was missing when we got the delivery! What a great company, would come back if we need another car! Thanks Bekim
Bekim is a legend! Signed the deal car unseen whilst overseas. Couldn’t arrange financing due to personal situation, switched to cash sale. Bekim responsive, patient & helpful throughout. The registration had lapsed, so Bekim re-registered the car for me to easily transfer, and also comped a years warranty from the dealership. Post sale i took the car to mechanic to see if there’s any urgent or upcoming work and they confirmed the car is in pristine condition. Great car, great service, and i highly recommend Bekim at Patrick Auto Motors in Artarmon. Love my car, hope to be back in a few years for an upgrade! Cheers guys
