We had our cargo imported from China, and Airwave freight services had custom cleared it without our consent then started charging us $200 worth of storage fees per day + unapplicable GST. Andy was able to tell me everything that I needed to do to ensure Airwave were following protocol, and not taking advantage of people. He took the time to speak with me out of business hours, without him, we would have thought that Airwave could put us in debt of $4000+ I can't thank Andy enough for supporting us and for taking over from Airwave.
Absolutely first class service...without the price tag! Extremely efficient. Can not recommend highly enough.
