I've been using FPS for many years now I couldn't be more pleased.The customer service team deserves a special mention (especially Katie!). They are knowledgeable and responsive, answering all my queries with patience and clarity. It was reassuring to know that help was just a phone call away. There have been times when i have made mistakes with delivery addresses and they were extremely supportive and understanding and they organised warehousing and redelivery for me to the correct address. I don't know what i would do without them to be honest. I'd be completely lost. Thank you!
