We have only started using Bowen's due to dissatisfaction with our current freight forwarders. The shipments that Bowen's have handled for us have all gone smoothly and to plan. We have now increased our business with Bowen's and they shipments continue to go well. Their assistance in all areas is the best I have encountered, and I would strongly recommend Bowen's to anyone wanting to ship stock internationally.

We used Bowens Customs and Logistics to assist us with bringing a painting we had bought at auction from the US to Australia. It was the smoothest transaction - they were knowledgeable on every aspect of the paperwork, (including our frame), documentation and customs and duties rules and regulations. The process was fast, and they stayed in constant communication with us. Also checked to make sure we received the painting (they can also deliver). I will use them exclusively from now on. Special thanks to Matt who was professional and kind the whole time, also checking on us. I am very impressed with this business and am honestly grateful to them for making it a good experience!

This is the first time I have ever imported anything in bulk into Australia and I have to say Jason and Rebecca from Bowen's are brilliant. Even though we're not a large company they always took the time to help and guide us throughout the delivery. They made things seem easy, even though they were under intense pressure with the worldwide disruptions in freight.
