What an absolute pleasure it was doing business with Universal Customs Brokers - Sharon and Emilio were complete professionals in this game. After waiting for more than 6 weeks for a quote from another company...one phone call to Sharon had the ball rolling and all the information I needed with in 48 hours - I was shipping to Croatia so not all mainstream and they still came back with all I needed. I proceeded to meet with Emilio and felt like I was definitely in safe hands with my personal effects and car being sent across the seas. The process for importing lab equipment into Australia was daunting. After much googling I found UCB and contacted them. After that, everything was so easy, they looked after everything. I just forwarded all the information that arrived form suppliers or shippers, I just forwarded to them and they arranged to delivery directly to our lab. So impressed with Danny and Sharon and cannot thank them enough. I have another delivery to come, and I am happy to leave it to them to make it happen with absolute confidence.

When you are importing a hand built pristine Bentley, the car you have wanted for so long, it is great to have a some like Emilio at U B managing every part of the process from picking the car up in HK to having it ready to pick up in Perth. Mil and the team at Universal Customs Brokers made the importing of my camper stress free as they sorted all associated paperwork and costs. When it arrived we spent most of the day there unpacking and fitting the camper onto my truck and they were more helpful than i could have imagined, even gave me a call the next day to make sure i made it back safely.
